- Communication will be via Discord or DeviantArt Notes ( not messages)- Payment is accepted on Paypal or Kofi- An estimated time of completion will be given for each piece but can be variable based on real world events-Do not ask me to copy another artist's work or style! Inspiration pics are ok for setting mood, colors, and getting ideas down!- All rights to the art I create, including commissions, belong exclusively to me. You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission AND you have paid for the rights to do so. You may not use my art in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace.-The only exception is when reselling a character with attached art. The art is worth the price upon commission time. You may use the art on the characters profile of course- when sharing art from me always credit me as the artist! If it is a custom design commission or adopt I have made, credit me as the designer and the artist appropriately. This includes on Toyhouse.- I do not accept payment prior to working on your piece. If there is a queue, I will ask for payment when it is your turn after composition has been discussed- Payment under $50 will be upfront with unwatermarked WIPs, anything above $50 can be paid in two installments! One prior to beginning and one after completion! I send watermarked progress pictures until payment is in full.- refund policy- After work begins on a piece I do not accept refunds.- When using PayPal fees are included in the final commission price. I will send an invoice directly to you.-If non-payment is an issue the piece will be resold. This includes design commissions- they will be resold or raffled as adopts. In the case that you have paid half, after more than half the work has been completed if the final payment is not made- the piece will not be sent- it will be reused and resold with appropriate changes.-Larger changes and add-ons to a piece in the later stages may be difficult to make and therefore add an additional fee to the final price. I am happy to make minor changes as needed!- I will never "take back" a sold adopt/ design. It is yours! Upon resale maintain its original price - only increase from added art. If the added art was $0 it does not add to the price of the character.-I have the right to refuse service and discontinue commission progress if I am uncomfortable with a client's behavior. You will not get a refund. Let's remain professional and friendly <3-Once you are blacklisted it is permanent. Do not request commission work for blacklisted people. I am a very reasonable person and they are blocked for a very good reason.
